Olyphant and Goggins brought two of the most powerful new characters to primetime this year, and JUSTIFIED has great scripts, off-the -chart support acting from the likes of Raymond J. Barry and Margo Martindale, and a fresh way of looking at the US Marshall service as a show vehicle. MAD MEN and HOUSE and THE GOOD WIFE are great too, but they do what they do year after year.
